Cedar Circle Consulting is an Indigenous-owned consulting practice rooted in culture, connection, and care. I support Indigenous Nations, non-profits, public sector organizations, and values-based teams who are ready to strengthen their governance, leadership, and people practices in ways that honour community, relationships, and responsibility.
We don’t come into this work from a textbook. Wecome from lived experience from working in and with community, seeing what happens when things aren’t working, and feeling the impact it has on people.
We’ve seen leadership carry too much.
We’ve seen staff feel unheard.
We’ve seen policies exist, but not actually help anyone.
That’s why we do this differently.
Not to fix people but to shift the way we work so it actually supports them.
What Makes Us Different
You can hire big firms. You can get polished documents and ready-made policies. But those don’t know your people. They don’t know your community. They don’t carry your teachings.
That’s not how we work. We take time to understand who you are and what matters to your team, what your community has experienced, what you’re trying to move toward. Then we build from there. Because your workplace shouldn’t feel separate from your identity. It should reflect it, feel it, embody it
