I support Indigenous Nations, organizations, and values‑driven teams to align their governance, HR practices, and overall organizational culture with their values and responsibilities to community.

This can include, but is not limited to:

  • Reviewing governance structures, HR policies, and practices through an Indigenous‑centred, care‑based lens

  • Supporting workplaces through harm, tension, and conflict in ways that prioritize safety, accountability, and relationship

  • Coaching leaders, HR practitioners, and governance bodies who want to lead in a more relational, community‑aligned way

  • Co‑designing people‑centred, culturally grounded systems and practices that support long‑term organizational health and care

  • Facilitating Cultivating Safe Spaces training and learning sessions for teams and leadership
