Cedar Circle Partnership - On-Going Support & Full-Service Work
This is for organizations who don’t just need advice - they need someone to walk alongside them. Through this partnership, I support your leadership and team in navigating the real, everyday challenges that come with people, governance, and growth. Not from the outside looking in, but in relationship with you. This can include ongoing HR and governance support, real-time guidance through complex situations, leadership advising, strengthening team relationships, and building systems that actually work for your people. Over time, this work brings clearer roles and responsibilities, stronger trust across leadership and teams, less confusion, and systems that reflect your values in practice.
Living Systems Build - Rebuilding Your Ways of Working
Most organizations don’t need more policies. They need systems that make sense for their people. This offering focuses on rebuilding your internal ways of working so they feel clear, fair, and grounded in your values and community. We move beyond policy review and into co-creation. This work may include understanding what’s working and what’s causing tension, engaging leadership and staff in conversation, rewriting policies into clear and human language, aligning HR and governance, and creating or refreshing policies, procedures, handbooks, and role clarity tools. The result is a shift from rules to shared ways of being. People understand expectations, conflict is reduced, and systems feel lived rather than enforced.
Alignment and Clarity Intensive - Focused, Short-Term Support
Sometimes things feel stuck. Decisions aren’t being made, or conversations aren’t happening. This is a focused space to slow things down, get honest about what’s really going on, and find a way forward.This includes a pre-session connection to understand the core issue, one to two facilitated sessions, and clear next steps coming out of the work. This work creates clarity where there was confusion, movement where things felt stuck, and alignment across leadership with a shared understanding of what comes next.
Leadership - Governance Circles - Workshops and Facilitations
These are spaces for leaders and teams to come together in a different way. Rooted in relationship, safety, and real conversation, these sessions support growth, reflection, and stronger ways of working together. Topics may include governance and role clarity, communication and conflict, cultivating safe spaces, and decolonizing leadership and workplace practices.These can be offered as single sessions or as a series.
Ad Hoc and Specialized Support
Not everything fits into a package, and that’s okay. I offer flexible, as-needed support for organizations navigating specific situations or needing short-term guidance. This may include workplace investigations, conflict support, policy or document development, leadership guidance, or HR systems support.
